When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours by Chronopost. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

How much is delivery?

Pickup-point delivery is free from €40 in France, €45, €60 or €70 in eligible European countries depending on the destination, and €80 in Switzerland, after discounts. Home and express delivery remain paid. See our delivery details for your country. Available options and final charges are shown before payment.

Can I return a product?

Yes. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Write to us at hello@skinormil.com with your order number and we will guide you.
